By purchasing any of our products, you agree to our Terms and Conditions as set out below.

All our products contain Chillies and some of the products are extreamly hot, all products are marked with a general heat rating, however every individual has a diffrent tollerance to chillies. The Wiltshire Chilli farm cannot be held responisble for any harm which may come from the use or misuse of any of our products.

Delivery

Orders are normally processed within three working days of recieving payment.
Delivery is made by either by Royal Mail First Class or by courier for orders.

Costs are as follows;
1 item – £2.80 (Royal Mail First Class)
2 items – £3.75 (Royal Mail First Class)
3+ items – £5.80 (Courier 48 hour delivery)

Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receiving your order without reason. The seven days start when the goods are received. If you do cancel you must pay the cost of returning the goods. We will refund your money within seven days of receipt of the returned goods provided they have not been damaged or opened.

However, we may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.Orders are normally processed within three working days of recieving payment.
