Our favourite chilli here at The Wiltshire Chilli Farm is the Chocolate Habanero. The plant grows like a typical Chinense, short and quite busy, with low hanging chillies. The chillies start off green and mature to a deep chocolate brown. In terms of flavour the Chocolate Habanero has a strong natural smokey flavour, followed by a viciously hot burn. The Chocolate Habanero is easily one of the hottest types of Habanero’s available, well worth trying at least once.
