The Wiltshire Chilli Farm uses the Hungarian Hot Wax in its award winning Sweet Chilli Sauce and also the occasional cheeky salad. A super chilli to grow in the UK, producing very large almost Banana sized chillies. The chillies start off yellow and are relatively mild until ripening from orange to red when they pack a moderate heat. The Chillies have a fairly waxy appearance hence the name. We use these in our Sweet Chilli Sauce
