Yellow Bhut Jolokia
Some say the Yellow Bhut Jolokia is a natural variant of the Red Bhut Jolokia others have reported that it’s a cross between a Fatalii and Bhut Jolokia. The chillies are extremely long and ripen to a bright yellow. The heat is much less than the Red or Chocolate variety of Bhut Jolokia’s, but still carry a respectable burn reporting in at around 300,000 on the Scoville scale.
