The Chilli Farm Based in Wiltshire, just outside the town of Melksham is the Wiltshire Chilli Farm, one of the few commercial Chilli growers in the UK. We grow a huge number of chillies, just over 1,000 in 2011, which we use in a number of our chilli products as well as selling at markets. Check out some of the pictures from around the Farm

We are very excited to introduce Fatalii from The Wiltshire Chilli Farm

The Fatalii comes from South Africa and has a subtle citrus flavour, combined with a lot of heat, I personally think this is up there with some of the hottest chillies. This year was the first for growing Fatalii’s and certainly won’t be the last!
 
This is one of our hottest sauces to date, containing only a few ingredients which allows the unique flavour of the Fatalii to shine through. We’ve been using this sauce on everything!

Due to time constraints with a manic schedule of producing our other products and the hectic christmas rush, our Fatalii sauce will be strictly limited to around 200 bottles until spring.

We’ll have this available to buy online from Friday the 4th of November or from our markets starting with Devizes on Saturday the 5th of November.

New Hot Chilli Jam

We’re very pleased to announce that our new Hot Chilli Jam has arrived.

I’ve had this idea for a while and after lots of comments asking for a Hot version of our Chilli Jam and what seems a life time tracking down the perfect ingredients it’s finally here!

Packed with yellow bell peppers, golden tomatoes and our own Trinidad Yellow Scotch Bonnets this jam is bursting with flavour and heat. We’ve been using it on cold meats, cheese and in Julie’s home made falafel wraps.

Available to buy online from Friday 4th of November and at any markets we attend, starting with Devizes on Saturday 5th of November.
