Baked Sea Bass

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Sea Bass, scaled and gutted
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Chilli Pepper, ground
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 50ml water
- 30g butter, melted
- 5g butter
- juice of half a lemon
- small handful parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Chilli Salt, ground
Method
Preheat oven to gas mark 6/200C
Melt the butter in a pan; add breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, water and Lemon Chilli Pepper and mix.
Stuff the fish with the stuffing. Place fish on the baking tray, dot pieces of the un-melted butter on top.
Bake the fish for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
