Cheese and Onion Muffins
- 150g self raising flour
- 100ml milk
- 75g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons Red Onion Relish
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
Preheat the oven to 190°C/ 375°F/ Gas 5.
In a bowl add the egg and milk and mix together.
Then add the flour, cheese, Red Onion Relish and baking powder and mix until combined, but don’t over work it.
Add six muffin cases to a muffin tin.
Dollop the mixture evenly between each muffin case.
Place the muffin tin into the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve! Best eaten warm, also good cold.
