Mango Habanero Wings
- 1kg chicken wings
- 6 tablespoons Mango Chilli Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Demerara sugar
- 1 juice of a lime
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
In a medium sized bowl mix together the Mango Chilli Sauce, sugar, lime, onion powder and salt. Add the chicken wings and rub the mixture into the chicken.
Cover the bowl with cling film/lid and leave to marinate in a fridge for eight hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to gas mark 6/200°C/ 400°F.
Once marinated place the chicken onto a baking tray and into the oven. Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Turn the wings over once halfway through cooking. Serve while nice and hot and drizzle over any of the cooking juices.
