Naga Cauliflower Steaks
- 1 large cauliflower
- 2 teaspoons Naga Chilli Sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- 100ml water
- small handful coriander, chopped
- small handful almond flakes
Preheat oven to Gas Mark 6/200°C/400°F.
Cut the cauliflower into one inch slices.
In a bowl place the cumin, salt, oil, water, Naga Chilli Sauce and mix together. Use a pastry brush to smear over the cauliflower steaks.
Place the steaks onto a baking tray, place in the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
Whilst the cauliflower is cooking, place the almonds in a frying pan and dry fry them until nicely browned, set aside.
Once the steaks are cooked sprinkle with the coriander and toasted almonds. Serve with basmati rice or flatbreads.
